Ribbhuu Mehra on his Diwali celebration: I follow a ritual of celebrating it with my parents and sister in Delhi.

Actor Ribbhuu Mehra, makes sure to celebrate Delhi ki Diwali with his family in Noida. He is best known for essaying Nikhil in the TV show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. He said, "Diwali, a celebration is filled with radiant lights, colorful decorations, and boundless joy. For me Diwali means going home in Noida. It's mandatory for me to celebrate the festival of Diwali with my parents and my sister. Whether I'm shooting or not shooting, I make sure to be here during this time."


He continued, "Diwali time in Delhi is crazy. I feel the parties, get together and the festival vibes in the capital can't be matched elsewhere. For me this is that time of the year where I catch up with most of my childhood friends, as everyone are busy with work or shifted to other cities, some are out of country, but during this time mostly everyone is here. So it makes Diwali more special." Mehra being one of the fittest actor enjoys cheating during the festival of lights.



He shared, "During Diwali I keep my my fitness regime aside and enjoy eating everything. I love eating sweets and the festive feast my mom prepares is my favourite. So I go all out and don't restrict myself to any particular diet." Ribbhuu talks about celebrating an eco-friendly Diwali. He feels, "Diwali is traditionally celebrated with fireworks, sparkling lights, and sweets, but as sustainability becomes more prevalent, so does concern over the festival's effects on the environment. Diwali has an indisputable effect on the environment.


Celebrating an eco-friendly Diwali can help mitigate these effects and promote sustainable practices. I'm so glad that there is a ban on bursting crackers this year in Delhi. Earlier post Diwali celebration, I experienced such a bad pollution, that in that smog it was impossible to commute. I'm happy that this year Air pollution is way less than what it used to be." He concluded, "Diwali is a time for joy, unity, and reflection. As the world becomes increasingly aware of the importance of environmental conservation, celebrating Diwali in an eco-friendly manner allows us to honour tradition while protecting the environment. By making small changes to reduce pollution, minimise waste, and support sustainable practices, we can ensure that future generations can enjoy a clean and healthy planet. He earned immense popularity for essaying the role of Arjun Rathod in the show 'My Name Ijj Lakhan'. He also featured in Kumkum Bhagya, Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai, and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin among others.
