Atul Parchure, who worked in Hindi and Marathi films and TV shows, passed away last evening (October 14) due to sudden health complications after getting recovered from liver cancer. He was 57. The actor is survived by his mother, wife and daughter. Atul Parchure’s last rites were performed today (October 15) at Dadar’s Shivaji Park Crematorium. The funeral was attended by several big Marathi actors, such as Shreyas Talpade, Mahesh Manjrekar, Nivedita Saraf, Surpriya Pilgaonkar, Sachin Khedekar and so on.

Maharashtra Navnirmnan Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray also came to pay tribute to Atul Parchure. Amruta Khanvilkar exclusively told Times Now/Telly Talk India that Sachin Pilgaonkar informed her that Parchure was not keeping well since a few days. Talking about Atul Parchure, the actor had worked in several popular films such as Navra Maza Navsacha, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, Golmaal, All The Best and so on. On the other hand, the actor had also worked in TV shows such as Jaago Mohan Pyaare, Majha Hoshil Na, The Kapil Sharma Show, Comedy Nights With Kapil and so on. Atul was also a renowned personality in Hindi and Marathi theatre.
