It's officially holiday season and time to bring out the shades, summer clothes and get packing suitcases. Whether it's a family holiday, a girly getaway or a quick business trip, having the correct suitcase can be a dealbreaker.
Realistically, nobody wants a chunky heavy suitcase to drag around with them at airports or one that could easily break when in transit; however, breaking the bank to get a sturdy reliable case also isn't an option for everyone. Now, however, the is now priced at £149.99 down from £189.99 on Amazon, giving shoppers a chance to snap up multiple suitcases with one purchase.
The set, which comes in a variety of colours, features four cases - 16, 20, 24 and 28 inches - which means there's an option for everyone whether it be a family trip of four or a business trip for one. Plus, the 16- and 20-inch cases fit most airlines cabin suitcase size limits. The larger cases also expand 20% more than previous cases, meaning they have more space for longer holidays.
Having a sturdy case that won't get damaged on the flight is important for anyone with valuables inside and as they are made of high-strength PC and ABS. They also passed a number of tests such as 5000+ times of surface scratches, drop load, handle telescopic, wheel rolling and zip durability so customers don't need to worry about the hassle of damages.

There are also upgraded chain-tooth woven zips to avoid tearing and has four wheels on each case. A huge fear for any trip is luggage being lost or stolen, but each case on this set has a side mounted TSA lock so shoppers don't have to worry about customs security checks while keeping their belongings secure. The TSA locks only allow TSA staff to inspect the luggage without damaging the lock.
Perhaps this set isn't calling out to everyone and they prefer a different colour or aesthetic. If so, they could opt for the for £135 from Argos which includes a cabin, medium and large size case. In total it has 180L of packing capacity and features a 4-wheel spinner system. Dunelm also has a more pricey option with the for £245 and includes one cabin case, one medium case and one large case. They are also fitted with combination locks and have telescopic, push-button handles.
With the Showkoo cases however, customers have given it from a total of 16,222 reviews. One shopper said: "Took this suitcase from Greece and it did not disappoint! The hard shell outer materials are extremely robust, it survived the entire journey without a single scratch whilst still offering a lightweight sleek design...The 360 wheels make those airport turns so much easier, you will be the best luggage driver in the airport."
Another said: "4 piece luggage sets received earlier than estimated. Well packaged, each suitcase is well wrapped and stored inside each other. Very mobile due to having four wheels. Each suitcase is light weight...Very functional and sturdy."
"We got the Showkoo luggage set for a family trip, and it's been fantastic! The hard-shell cases feel super durable, and they hold up perfectly through multiple flights. The cases are lightweight. The wheels glide so smoothly, making it easy to roll around - even when fully packed. The three sizes are really practical; the smallest is great for weekend trips, and the largest holds everything we need for a longer holiday. Plus, they look sleek and modern, so you can travel in style. If you want sturdy luggage that's easy to manoeuvre and fits everything you need, this set is a great buy!" said another.
Although the majority of reviews were positive, a number of customers weren't as impressed with the set. One reviewer wrote: "28" is working good but the 20" handle is bad and difficult to move down."
Another wrote: "In general, I am happy with the build of the cases. They appear robust. The smallest case has not been finished off properly however...it would be brilliant if the smallest case could be replaced."
If shoppers want a range of cases for a lower price than usual, the could be the perfect steal for this year's summer holidays.
