In Emmerdale scenes yet to air, Moira Barton (played by Natalie J Robb) is confident Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths) has everything in hand with their massive new contract. Meanwhile, Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) is unimpressed by Joe Tate's (Ned Porteous) determination to make Moira's farmland part of businesswoman Kim Tate's (Claire King) empire by any means necessary.
Moira is then devastated when Celia reveals their new contract has fallen through, leaving them seriously out of pocket. Before long, the fan-favourite is at her wit's end when the hotel offers her and Celia only half of the cash they are rightly owed.

The crushing blow leaves Moira thinking it is the end of her and farming altogether after owning land for 16 years.
Soon, after hearing Celia wants to rid her hands of the farming industry, Moira is left with food for thought when Celia tells her to get the best price for her land and get out, too.
Does this mean Moira and her partner, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), will leave Emmerdale to start a new life together? Farming is literally all they know - so will they have to change careers? Will they have enough money from the sale to farm in another part of the country?
Will Moira actually take Celia's advice - or is the latter up to something sinister?
It's been tough for Moira recently as she's been judging huge financial issues, which were made even worse by a serious leak with a slurry tank. The spillage contaminated the Yorkshire village's main water supply, landing Harry Sugden (Brody Hall) in hospital.
The leak was caused by killer John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth), but Moira was held responsible for the leak and had to foot the bill.
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV and ITVX.
