Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford's divorce is now at the "ugly stage," it has been claimed. According to reports, the GB News presenter, 65, has had a falling out with his eldest son Niall, the youngest of his three children with his first wife Gabrielle. It has been claimed his son has sided with Ruth, 65, following the couple's split. It was said Eamonn and his son had a "blazing row" and have not spoken. In addition, Eamonn's relationship with his son Jack, 23, "remains strained".
A source told MailOnline: "Niall and Eamonn had a massive fall-out, there was a huge row following his split from Ruth. Things were said between them that cannot be unsaid. It must be heartbreaking for Eamonn." They went on: "Eamonn accused him of siding with Ruth while Niall hit back about his dad's behaviour. This all happened more than a year ago and they haven't spoken since. Niall adores Ruth."
Eamonn is believed to be upset following the alleged family fallout but remains close to his eldest son Declan and daughter Rebecca.
It's also understood that Jack, 23, the son he and Ruth have together, has sided with his mother.
Before announcing the split, Ruth set Jack up in a flat in Salford. The source added: "Things remain strained between him and his father."
Express.co.uk have contacted Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford's representatives for comment.
Eamonn has since moved on and is in a new relationship with girlfriend Katie Alexander, who is 22 years his junior.

Eamonn's first marriage was to Gabrielle Holmes, whom he married in 1985. They were married for ten years and have three children together: Declan, Rebecca, and Niall.
The marriage ended due to the strain of Eamonn's demanding GMTV job, which often kept him away from his family in Belfast.
He later married Ruth in 2010 and they welcomed son Jack in 2002.
The couple have since announced they split and they are currently in the process of divorce.
