The One Show saw Clara Amfo issue a warning to guests Angela Scanlon and Vicky Pattison during Wednesday's (28 May) instalment of the BBC One programme.
Clara and JB Gill were back at the helm of the chat show, with the pair joined by Angela, Vicky and John Legend, as well as Matt Baker, who had the latest from Watchdog.
Angela and Vicky spoke about their new podcast, Get A Grip, which they've described as the "ultimate girl's group chat". The new venture sees the duo sit down to discuss a variety of topics all of which are related to women.
As they shared details of the podcast, Clara asked Vicky and Angela to expand further on the topics they discuss in the episodes, before issuing the pair a warning.
"As Vicky has said, no topic is off limits," Clara said. "But, let's keep it above, it's 7pm, it's The One Show, we're live on national TV.
"So, what other topics can you get into? What can you share that your listeners can get excited about?"
"I don't know! I'm not sure!" Vicky laughed, as Angela added: "It's unfiltered, I will say that. Those of are my favourite type of people and the conversations that you want to eavesdrop on, I suppose."
During the interview, Vicky also shared an insight into the reason behind the name of the podcast, revealing that "get a grip" is a phrase she has become fed up with and she and Angela are now trying to reclaim it.
She explained: "Traditionally women are often taught to be quiet, submissive, seen and not heard, and actually now is the time for women to be loud, proud and deliberate about stuff."
Vicky later added: "It becomes this lovely solidarity moment, we're trying to build a community and inspire women and have a laugh as well."
The duo's new podcast is described as the "unapologetic group chat you've always wanted", where topics including motherhood, married life and internet drama are explored, as well as "dissecting culture" and the "ridiculous expectations placed on women".
The One Show airs on weekdays on BBC One at 7pm. Get A Grip with Angela Scanlon and Vicky Pattison is available via Global Player.
