Know the vegetable recipe
Regarding the recipe of bamboo kareel vegetable, Dulal said that first of all wash it well and cut it into thin slices. Then boil turmeric in light water and clean it by changing the water twice. This removes the smell. Then heat mustard oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds, finely chopped green chilies, garlic and onion. Add boiled bamboo kareel and fry well by adding turmeric, salt and other spices. Finally add chopped tomatoes, add some water and cook on low flame. After this, you can eat it hot with rice or roti.
