Spotify down: Thousands unable to use website and app as streaming service hit by global outage

Thousands of people around the UK have said that the Spotify website and app is not working after the streaming service suffered an outage today.

Currently there are more than 20,000 people who have been hit which appears to be mainly affecting the UK but there have also been minor outages in other European countries including Belgium and Poland.
