There will be plenty of eyes on Tommy Fleetwood, too. The 34-year-old was tied for third last year, and is in the penultimate group of the day - with 2023 champion John Rahm and Wyndham Clark of the United States - at 6.34pm UK time.

The second round tee times have also been confirmed, with Tyrell Hatton part of the penultimate group. He will be joined by 2015 Masters winner Spieth and Tom Kim of South Korea.
Spieth was among the big names to miss the cut in 2024, along with 2020 champion Dustin Johnson. The cut came at +6 last year, with 60 players making it through to Saturday and Sunday.
