Masters Day 1 UK tee times: When Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler and more start

The 2025 Masters is almost upon us, and golf's biggest names know what time they will be teeing off at Augusta National. World No.1 goes into the tournament as , but he will face healthy competition.

Scheffler finished 11 under par for the 2024 edition, four shots clear of the field. It was his second win at Augusta, with the American having won his first career major when he triumphed in 2022.

Rory McIlroy was the closest challenger in the 2022 edition. The Northern Irishman , and claimed a 28th PGA title of his career when he won a play-off against Jordan Spieth at the Players Championship in March.

American pair Davis Riley and Patton Kizzire will be the first to tee off on Thursday, at 12.40pm BST or 7.40am local time. The first British representative to step up the tee will be Danny Willett, who .

There will be plenty of eyes on Tommy Fleetwood, too. The 34-year-old was tied for third last year, and is in the penultimate group of the day - with 2023 champion John Rahm and Wyndham Clark of the United States - at 6.34pm UK time.

The second round tee times have also been confirmed, with Tyrell Hatton part of the penultimate group. He will be joined by 2015 Masters winner Spieth and Tom Kim of South Korea.

Spieth was among the big names to miss the cut in 2024, along with 2020 champion Dustin Johnson. The cut came at +6 last year, with 60 players making it through to Saturday and Sunday.
