M6 crash: Five killed including two children as third fights for life after horror collision

Two men, a woman and two children have died following a crash on the M6, with a third child fighting for their life in hospital.

The crash took place on the M6 Northbound, just past Tebay Services in Cumbria, with police called to the scene at 4.04pm yesterday afternoon. Two vehicles were involved in the crash - a Skoda and a Toyota.

The driver of the Skoda, a man from Cambridgeshire, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Toyota, a man, a woman and two children from Glasgow were also pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash.
