Love Island'sTasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page shared their wish to 'move on' from their relationship after the latter took to social media to slam the Strictly Come Dancing favourite.
He previously took to his Snapchat to write: "Wasn't gonna speak about it all. However, the girl can't keep my name out her mouth even thought she's got a new boyfriend. The truth is... She went on Raya while we were still together... Oops. No one is perfect in a relationship but you keep talking s**t about me, I'll start talking. She did one too many podcasts unfortunately. This is your closure chat."
The couple met on Love Island in 2022 but went their separate ways in January, with Tasha recently admitting she regrets how she treated him after they 'grew apart' during her Strictly stint.
Speaking to Rylan Clark on How To Be In Love, Tasha said their relationship struggled before her Strictly stint as she claimed he offered her 'no support' during her time on the show.
"It got to a point where I was also trying to help him out, but he wasn't willing to help himself. And that's so hard because when you love someone, you want them to… you want the best for them," she admitted.
"But there's a point where you're trying to also do the best for yourself and you're trying to grow. And then Strictly happened and then I think that made us grow apart. On social media… it did come across like he was there supporting me, but emotionally at home, he wasn't.
"I remember this one time, I was in a dance -off in the semi-finals. And I called him, like, you know, 'I feel really nervous'. And he was just out there, gaming, didn't stop gaming, didn't put his console down, or take his headphones off and say, 'Okay, talk to me.'"
She realised she 'deserved better than that' as she asked herself: "Why am I settling for something that I'm having to really beg for?'"
Not long after, he took to Snapchat to share the furious rant, which he soon deleted. Tasha once opened up about her regret in joining Raya before her split was public.
"I've already owned up to it, so yeah," before she was asked: "And admitted you thought it was a mistake in retrospect?"
She then said: "Yeah. I'm happy being single at the moment." And now, the duo put on a united front as they hit out at the 'judgement and cruelty' from fans and trolls.
Tasha said: "No one deserves to be torn down, especially when they’re already trying to heal. We’ve both made mistakes, we’ve both learned, and we’ve both grown. But the judgement and cruelty we are facing from people online has been hard."
The dancer went on to remind fans there are 'real people with real emotions' behind every social media comment.
Meanwhile, Andrew addressed their back-and-forth, telling MailOnline: "Things were said on both sides, but at the end of the day, no relationship is perfect, but ours still had some incredible moments I’ll always be grateful for.
"I truly just want us both to move on and be happy. Wishing Tasha nothing but the best, and I’ll always be proud of her."
