In a record-breaking feat, 114 pubs and breweries across the UK simultaneously poured 114 draught pints in just 10 seconds, earning themselves a Guinness World Record title. legend , who once graced the fields for Wales and Real Madrid, led the celebrations as the team of publicans and brewers achieved the world's largest simultaneous pint pour.
The event marked a significant milestone: the installation of Heineken 0.0's 1,000th tap - more than any other 0.0% beer brand in the UK. This achievement is a crucial step in Heineken's mission to destigmatise alcohol-free beer and make it more accessible to everyone, while also demonstrating their continued support for British pubs.
This comes after a study involving over 11,800 adults revealed that 21% have tried to hide their consumption of a low-alcohol beverage or had to explain why they chose it over a 'proper' drink. The study also discovered that over a third would only opt for non-alcoholic versions of alcoholic beverages if their friends did the same.
