The Dadar Police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against a 19-year-old fish delivery boy for allegedly marrying and establishing physical relations with a 14.9-year-old minor girl, leading to her pregnancy.
According to the police, the offense occurred between June 5, 2024, and July 9, 2025, near Senapati Bapat Marg, Dadar. The accused reportedly married the victim while she was still a minor and subsequently engaged in physical relations with her. The shocking incident came to light after the victim became pregnant.

Following her complaint, the police registered a case on July 10, under Sections 12, 4, 6, 8 of the POCSO Act and Sections 64(2)(m), 64(2)(f), 65(1), 68 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act.
