Teenager Thomas Rew scored an unbeaten century on Sunday as a Professional County Club Select XI claimed a 138-run win over Zimbabwe.
This was the tourists#39; lone warm-up match before their one-off Test against England.
The PCC side, coached by former England captain Andrew Flintoff, started the final day of three in Leicester on 387 for five in their second innings.
The 17-year-old Rew, the younger brother of Somerset#39;s James Rew, who has been called into the England squad for their match with Zimbabwe, was 62 not out overnight.
He extended that score to 103 not out, with Rew facing 107 balls, including 14 fours and a six, before his side declared on 464 for seven.
Zimbabwe, set 392 to win, then collapsed as Hampshire paceman Edward Jack took three wickets inside the opening 10 overs to dismiss Ben Curran, Brian Bennett and Sean Williams.
Nick Welch led the fightback with 87 runs from 117 deliveries before he fell to leave Zimbabwe 168 for six.
Tafadzwa Tsiga kept England at bay with an unbeaten 66 off 113 balls, but the wicketkeeper ran out of partners, with last man Blessing Muzarabani lbw to Dan Mousley as Zimbabwe were bowled out for 253.
The Test match, the first between England and Zimbabwe in nearly 22 years, starts at Nottingham#39;s Trent Bridge on Thursday with the fixture scheduled for four days rather than the five now standard in red-ball internationals.
