Shraddha Kapoor has cracked the code for eternal youth, or so it seems! The 37-year-old actress has been working in the entertainment industry for the past 14 years but she still looks the same as when she made her debut with Teen Patti in 2010. The secret to her youthful appearance is her dedication to fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with regular workouts and a strict diet. In a recent interview, Shraddha Kapoor shared that she turned vegetarian a few years ago and now all her meals are pure vegetarian ones. Her fitness trainer Maahek Nair shared that she starts her day with wholesome homecooked meals like poha, upma, daliya, idli or dosa, and she also likes typical Maharashtrian food like kakdi chi bhakri.

Her trainer also shared that it's very difficult to put Shraddha on any sort of diet since she loves home-cooked food, especially dal chawal and pickles. Shraddha also shared the same in a recent interview and added that all three meals of her day have to be something different as she likes variety when it comes to her meals. Talking about some of her favourite food items, she said bhindi (okra) is her favourite vegetable while mangoes are her favourite fruit.

Shraddha also mentioned that when shooting for a physically challenging role like ABCD 2 where she had to dance a lot, her trainer put her on a moderate carb, protein and fat diet where her meals included tofu steak with veggies, and paneer and beetroot tikki while for films like Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar where she had a ton of bikini scenes and had to look toned, she is put on a lean diet with high fibre, and less carbs, proteins and fat and her meals included sprout salads and oats.

Like any typical Indian, Shraddha's cheat meals change according to seasons and festivals. During Ganesh Chaturthi, she loves eating modaks, and during Diwali celebrations, she can't skip homemade sweets and snacks. Shraddha is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves to gorge on typical snacks. Going through her Instagram we can say that she loves French fries, vada pav and pani puri.
