Fake bombs or things that look like bombs- Keeping a fake bomb or suspicious object in the bag even as a joke can prove to be costly. Anti-hijacking laws and the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) can be applied.

Too much cash or valuables without information- If you have a large amount like 10 lakh+ cash or gold/silver/diamonds without bills and are unable to answer properly during interrogation, then ED, IT Dept, or even the police can catch you and you may have to go to jail.
