The Galaxy S24 Ultra is the top dog when it comes to Android smartphones but all those premium features it contains mean buying this device isn't cheap. Prices usually start from a whopping £1,249 for the standard 256GB model - it gets even more expensive if you start adding more storage.
If that high cost has been putting you off taking the plunge now could be a very good to invest in the Ultra. which means customers could find they bag this flagship for less than half the usual price.
So how does this discount work and what do you need to make the savings?
Firstly, there's a Samsung code which, once added at the checkout, gets you a whopping 20% off the standard price. when buying the Ultra and you'll see the RRP fall from £1,249 down to just £1,000. That's a decent amount of money off but things get even better if you have an older device to trade in.
Thanks to Samsung's trade-in offers there's up to £490 off the Ultra when handing over a Galaxy Z Fold5 or a £455 reduction if you've got an S23 Ultra currently in your pocket.
That means you could reduce the cost of the S24 Ultra down to just £510 - that's less than half price. The only thing to be aware of is that the TWENTY code ends on October 29 with Samsung telling customers "the time is NOW".
Here are some of the trade-in values for different devices.
Galaxy S23 Ultra - Trade-in value = £455
Galaxy S23 Plus - Trade-in value = £345
Galaxy S22 Ultra - Trade-in value = £300
14 Pro Max - Trade-in value = £430

iPhone 14 - Trade-in value = £260
iPhone 13 - Trade-in value = £180
So, should you buy the Galaxy S24 Ultra?

It's made from tough titanium for additional strength and on the rear case is a quad-lens camera which offers impressive zoom and stunning shots when the lights get low.
There's an S Pen stylus tucked inside which lets you make notes and scribble on the display without using your finger.
