Melania Trump 'promoted to a star in her own right' at husband Donald's election victory speech

Whenappeared on stage to declare his “magnificent victory” in the to crowds of ecstatic supporters this morning he was not the only one in the limelight.

Body language analysis of the victory speech at West Palm Beach, Florida, shows it was really his wife time to shine, according to one expert.

Body language expert Judi James took a close look at what went unsaid during Trump’s speech, which saw him appear on stage flanked by dozens of family members and campaign staff.

Judi said the “gesticulation and touch rituals” between Trump and his wife showed that “he seeks support and strength from her rather than the other way round.”

She also said that Trump looked like he was struggling when he first arrived on stage and it was Melania that supported him. “During his arrival on stage, he stepped out to pose, looking momentarily overwhelmed,” she said.

“While his right hand punched the air gently his face seemed puckered in a moment of inner emotion. It was Melania, in a businesslike grey power suit and the towering Barron who flanked Trump exhibiting the body language signals of strength and support. The first time around Melania was back in the chorus line, this time she was promoted as a star in her own right.”

Her actions at the end of his speech also hinted at a new power dynamic, Judi explained. Melania’s actions towards Trump also hinted at a shift in the couple’s dynamic, the body language expert claimed. “A revealing signal of Melania’s power and confidence came as she stretched an arm out to place her hand on Trump’s back to steer (or gently push) him back to the lectern.

“A final signal of Trump’s new power dynamic with Melania came when another guy took to the mic and Trump edged across to his wife to push his fingers into her hand like a small child seeking reassurance from its mother,” she told .

Time will tell whether the second Trump presidency will indeed “reveal a much more united and evenly-status POTUS and FLOTUS,” as Judi predicted but what is certain is that we are set to see a lot more of Melania as she is once again thrust back into the spotlight in the role of First Lady.

Meanwhile, many viewers of the speech were distracted by Barron, , towering over him whilst on stage at Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate. The 18-year-old son of Trump and his current wife Melania, has shot up in recent years and his staggering height has garnered the attention of the public online.

Many took to social media to comment on his height today, with one person writing: "Barron Trump may very well be just three normal height humans stacked on top of one another."
