The nominations are finally out today.
Nominees have been announced during a video stream live on the Grammy website and the Recording Academy's YouTube channel this morning. The 2025 Grammys, officially known as the 67th Grammy Awards, will take place at Crypto.com Arena in on Sunday, February 2.
The event will be broadcast live on the and streamed live and on demand on Paramount+. A host of talent has been on deck to announce the nominees, including Gayle King, Jim Gaffigan and a long list of past Grammy winners - Brandy Clark, Kirk Franklin, David Frost, Robert Gordon, Kylie Minogue, Gaby Moreno, Deanie Parker, Ben Platt, Mark Ronson, Hayley Williams and last year's best new artist recipient, Victoria Monét.

Only recordings commercially released in the US between September 16, 2023 through August 30, 2024 are eligible for nominations. The GRAMMY Awards are Music's Biggest Night, but it takes the whole year to get there.
The process begins with The Online Entry Process (OEP), the yearly period when registered Media Companies and Recording Academy Members can submit music and works for consideration at the GRAMMY Awards. Then, each entry is vetted by the Recording Academy's Awards staff to determine its eligibility.
Once submissions are received, there are two rounds of voting - the first round, which determines the nominees, and the final round, which determines the winners. The first round closed on Tuesday, while the final round opens on December 12, 2024, and closes on January 3, 2025.
