's has spoken out after her character Ella Forster's emotional exit was aired on Thursday night. Paula made her debut in January 2024 and fans have been left gutted that her time in the Dales has come to an end. However, the star has teased a potential return for the character.
During Thursday night's episode after she was arrested and taken away after a showdown with her ex-boyfriend,. Liam fell and hit his head in the woods after clashing with Ella, who feared she had killed him.
In emotional scenes, Ella was seen breaking down in tears before accepting her fate, vowing to change. Being led away by police, it brought an end to her campaign against Liam and his fiancée Chas Dingle.

Fans were left gutted with her departure, and now Paula has taken to Instagram to express her gratitude. In the video speaking to "you lovely fans" Paula revealed she had pre-filmed the video on Valentines Day when she was about to film her final scenes on the soap.
"I just wanted to say I have had a lovely time here," she continued. "I've met some wonderful people and I will really, really cherish the experience. I want to thank you all for your lovely support and messages and I hope you get to see me on some new dramas in the future. Or on stage, or wherever life now takes me in my career.
"But honestly everything is all positive, there's no negatives to spin on this. She is a brilliant character, and never say never. Who knows." She then concluded: "Lots of love from me, over and out," before blowing a kiss to the camera.
Alongside the video, Paula penned in the caption: "A little message from me [red heart emoji]. Thank you . Onwards!"
Fans rushed to the comments to show their appreciation towards the character, as one penned: "Such a shame you were only in Emmerdale for a comparatively short time .Good luck with your future endeavours."
Another echoed: "Loved seeing you on screen again, looking forward to the next one..." while a third said: "Loved Ella. You were amazing playing her. Sad to see her go to be honest."
Before making a name for herself on Emmerdale, Paula previously featured in where she played the role of Kylie Platt from 2010-2016.
